Birding Program & Meeting – Saturday, 16 March 2019

The Lebanon Birding Club, a.k.a. John W Sellars Chapter of the Tennessee Ornithological Society, meets again at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, 16 March 2019 at the Sadie Ford Historical Farm located across the highway and 500 feet south of the entrance to Cedars of Lebanon State Park.

The program will be on Chris Agee’s birding adventures during his trip to Israel in 2018. Perhaps we can get Chris to also include some details and photos of the birds he saw earlier this year when he visited Sax Zim Bog in Minnesota.

As always, anyone and everyone interested in birding is invited and welcome to attend our meetings. There is never any pressure to join our organization, but we hope you find something you like and will return.

The Sadie Ford Historical Farm is located at

5186 Hwy 231
Lebanon, TN 37090

Park in the gravel area between the farm house and the barn, and enter the farmhouse from the back porch accessible via the wood ramp at the rear of the house.

NOTE: There is no refrigerator nor any way to heat food at the Sadie Ford farmhouse. Please bring a sack lunch to enjoy with the group after the meeting.

We hope to see you Saturday, 16 March 2019.
