lebanonbirding.org is the web presence of the John W. Sellars – Lebanon Chapter of the Tennessee Ornithological Society. We are a group of birding enthusiasts loosely based in Lebanon Tennessee. Our members range from the casual, backyard bird feeder watcher to the serious, I-plan-my-vacations-around-spring-migration birder, and come from all over Middle Tennessee (Bedford, Davidson, Rutherford and Wilson Counties). So where ever your interests lie along the birding spectrum, and where ever you reside, you are welcome in our group.

We meet on the third Saturday of each month except June, July and December. Our meeting locations vary at the moment as we have been evicted from our decades-old nesting site. Be sure to check the calendar (on this website) for the next gathering. Many of our members bring a sack lunch to eat after the field trip or meeting while they share their latest birding adventures. We hope you will join us.
