The John W Sellars – Lebanon Chapter of the Tennessee Ornithological Society will conduct the Christmas Bird Count in Wilson County on Saturday, 2 January 2016. Participants will meet at 7:00 a.m. in the parking lot in front of the Dixon L. Merritt Nature Center at Cedars of Lebanon State Park [Google Map] the morning of the count, Saturday, 2 January 2016.

If you use Google maps or have access to the Internet, the map at left and link below highlight the 15-mile diameter circle within which our Christmas Bird Count takes place. The circle is centered on the cul-de-sac at the end of Bonnie Valley Drive, which is just north of Interstate 40 and east of Highway 109. You can zoom right down to the street level.
