The 39th Annual “Elsie Quarterman Cedar Glade Wildflower Festival” is April 29 and 30 at Cedars of Lebanon State Park. There’s something for everyone: hikes, rambles, family activities, geology, native landscaping, exhibits, plants for sale, beekeeping, edibles, photography, birds and more. On Saturday, two hikes to the glades will be led by Milo Pyne, Sunny Fleming, Darel Hess and Dennis Horn. Join us for a celebration of our globally rare (and gorgeous) ecosystem! Here’s a flyer, but for the detailed brochure pdf, click this link to MTSU’s Center for Cedar Glade Studies: http://www.mtsu.edu/glade-center/Wildflower_Spring_16.pdf
