4 March 2026 Wednesday Bird Walk – Cedar Creek Greenway Trailhead. 36. 21239, -86.49726. Meet at 8:15 AM and the walk will begin promptly at 8:30 AM. Leader: Jeff Steele.

5 March 2026 Thursday: 8:00 am – Stones River National Battlefield (park in gravel lot on side if you can after entrance), then 2nd Greenway Park (3501 Old Nashville Hwy), then 3rd Gateway Island. To get to Gateway Island: From Old Nashville Hwy turn to get on Garrison Drive.  Turn into hospital parking lot.  Meet at black wooden fencing at lake spillway. Leader: Melissa Turrentine.
